さて、第２弾となる今回の学生さんは、W大学人間科学部のS田さんです。
ハキハキとした口調で、明るくとても良い印象の子でした。やはり体育会学生さんは元気が良くて個人的に好きですね。
しかしこの子も、当社の採用基準には一歩及ばず、このまま役員や社長へ通しても、受からせることができないことは明らかでした。

こちらも、魅力的な人材であれば、受からせてあげたいのが本音です。
あとは、学生さん自分次第です。
誠意や情熱を、入社したい気持ちや覚悟を全力で見せてもらえればオールOKです。

ネタバレになりますが、この後S田さんも内定が出て、今年4月から無事、当社に入社致しました！

However, this child was no longer in line with our recruitment standards, and it was clear that he would not be able to receive the application even if he continued to pass the exam to executives and presidents.

My true feelings are that if you are an attractive person, I would like to accept them.
The rest is up to the student.
All you need is as long as you show your sincerity and passion, and your determination to join the company with all your might.

This is a spoiler, but after this, Mr. Sda also received a job offer and successfully joined our company in April this year!
