今回はご来院されたのは、黒髪清楚な女子大生さん。本日行うのは、乳がん検診と子宮頸がんの検査になります。基本は私一人で行う検診ですが、研修医も同席させていただくことに。
まずは乳がん検査から。簡単なチェック項目を質問させていただき、さっそく触診へ。胸のサイズはDカップだそうで、程よいサイズ感で、柔らかな揉み心地な胸をお持ちでした。
服の上からの軽い確認では、問題無さそうでしたので聴診を行います。正確に心音を確認するために、服を脱いでいただきます。

聴診をしていきますが、緊張されているのか若干心音は早めです。私が聴診を行っている間、患者様から下着や衣類をお預かりした研修医のＳ君とＴ君は、後ろでふざけておりました、、、普段は真面目なんですが、滅多にない現場に興奮してしまったのですかね、、、
心音検査は現状問題は無いでしょう。研修医達にも補助に入ってもらい、詳しく触診を行っていきます。
着衣の状態で触っておりますが改めて直接触ると、ハリもあり非常に柔らかく素晴らしい揉み心地。あくまで検査のためしっかりと揉みしだきます。
乳頭付近に若干違和感がありましたので研修医達にも確認させ、意見を聞くことに。
まずはＳ君から。彼もしこりがあるように感じるとの事でした。前回もそうでしたが、彼は触り方含め中々いいですね。
Ｔ君にも触ってもらいます。彼はまだ緊張があるのか、遠慮気味な触り方。せっかくの実践の場なので、たくさん触ってもらいましょう。
これでもかと彼らに揉みしだいてもらい問題は無さそうとの事でしたので、最後に私が確認のため、しっかりと全体を揉みこんでいきます。
十分に確認をし、研修医達にも再度確認し、問題ありませんでしたので、乳がん検査は終了。
