皆さま、いつも大変お世話になっております。
某上場企業の人事部、採用担当をしております、Kでございます。

連休も終わり、春から夏へと季節が変わりゆく、この頃
皆さま、お変わりなくお過ごしでしょうか。

私は現在、24新卒採用の選考真っ只中でございます。
今年も優秀な学生さんが沢山応募してきてくれて、私も腕が鳴ります。

さてさて、お待たせ致しました、ご好評につき、ついに、第３弾を公開させて頂きます！
第２弾も多くの方々よりご反響をいただき、誠にありがとうございました。大変励みになります。

第3弾となる今回の学生さんは、K大学薬学部のN下さん(23新卒)です。
一流大学で薬学を学び、めずらしい経歴をもったの容姿端麗な学生さんでした。
もちろんスキル面では、全く採用基準には及びませんでしたが、このような子は受からせてあげたいと思ってしまいますよね。

「こんなつもりじゃ、、」心の声が漏れてくるような困惑の表情で、彼女にとっては不本意なのでしょう。

ですが、彼女すごいですよ、途中で吹っ切れたのか、予想を上回るほどのガッツを見せてくれました。
通常の面接では、ここまで彼女ができる子だとは気付かなかったでしょう。

ここまでしてくれれば、誰も文句は言えません。

もちろん彼女もこの後内定が出て、今年の4月から入社してくれています。下の彼女たちと同期になります。
今後も彼女たちの成長を、皆さん温かく見守ってあげてください。
