普段はアパレルで働いている、みいなさん２３才の心音でございます。
初めてお会いした時、こんな可愛い子がこの世にいるのかと思うほどアイドル級に可愛い方でした。ここだけの話、私自身も恋に落ちてしまうほどでした。
またノリもすごく良く笑顔はもちろん、反応も終始可愛くどこをとっても１００点満点な女性でした。
なお、今回は本人からの要望でマスク着用での出演となっておりますが、それでもこの可愛さは伝わってくるかと思います。
そんなみいなさんですが、なんと小さいときから不整脈があるとのことで撮影前に一度聞かさせていただいたところ、「ドク、ドク、ドドク、、、ドク、ドドク」と確かに不整脈もあり脈もバラバラでした。
こんな若くて可愛い方が不整脈持ちとは思いませんでしたのでビックリでした。
そんなみいなさんに今回、撮らさせていただいた内容は、
・自己紹介と心臓の音
・平常時の心臓の音を聞いた時と心音
・圧迫したときの心臓の音
・運動後の心臓の音を聞いた時の感想と心音
・頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音
となっております。
動画の長さは、３１分４秒です。
最初に自己紹介をしていただき、座った状態での心臓の音を聞いていただいております。
やはり、不整脈のため脈が乱れているところが列挙しきれないほどあります。ちなみに本人には不整脈が出ているとの自覚が無いようです。
また緊張していますか？という質問にも「めちゃめちゃ緊張してます。」と答えておられます。心拍数も９０BPM程ありますので緊張されているのが数字からも分かりますね。
また「心臓フェチの人をどう思いますか？」という質問には、すごく気持ちが分かると答えられております。こんな可愛い方が心臓フェチに理解があるとは我々としては嬉しい限りですね。
他にも、「彼氏が心臓フェチだったら？」や「最近、心臓がドキッとした出来事はありましたか？」という質問にも答えていただいております。
続いて座った状態で今度はみいなさんにご自身の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。初めて自身の心臓を聞いた感想は「不整脈あります！笑」とのことでした。その時のいい方もすごく可愛かったので是非、ご確認していただきたいです。
また息を止めていただいたり、頸動脈を触っていただいたりした時にも感想を言われております。
続いて、私の手でみいなさんの胸部を圧迫させていただいた時の心臓の音を撮らさせていただきました。事前にあまり強めない方が良いですか？と聞きましたが、大丈夫とのことでしたので、遠慮なく強く圧迫させていただきました。圧迫中は心臓の音がゆっくりになり離すと少し速くなるそんな心臓の音でした。またわたしの手にはみいなさんの心臓の鼓動が伝わってきており、すごく興奮したのを覚えております。ちなみに圧迫中はあまり不整脈が出ていませんでしたので、おそらく心拍数がある程度上がるか心臓に負荷をかけると不整脈は出にくくなるのかなと思いました。
次に今度は、２分３０秒踏み台昇降をしていただきその後に心臓の音を聞いていただいております。
普段、運動をしないと仰っていた通り開始２０秒ほどで足がやばいと言っておられます。
２分３０秒終わった頃には息も絶え絶えになっておられしゃべる気力もないほどでした。心臓も破裂するんじゃないかとの勢いで鼓動されておられます。心拍数も１３０BPMはありましたね。また途中で息を止めてもらったり、胸に手を当てていただいてその時の感想を言っていただいておられます。ここでも不整脈はあまり出ておりませんでしたので、やはり速さと関係があるようです。人体の不思議ですね。
ちなみに途中写ってはいけないものが見えてしまいましたのでモザイクを掛けさせていただいております。
最後に頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音を撮らさせていただきました。
脈がピクピク動いているのが分かりますし、不整脈もばっちり出ておられました。
不整脈の方の頸動脈の拍動はなかなか見ることができないと思いますので必見です。
ちなみにお昼時での撮影でしたのでお腹の音も入っておられます。可愛い音でございました。
本当に終始可愛く、こちらの要望にも快くお応えして頂けた頑張り屋な、みいなさん。何よりこんな若くてかわいい方の不整脈はそうそう聞く機会がないと思いますので是非、見ていただければと思います。
