心音 心臓の音 お腹の音 heartbeat

ご覧いただきありがとうございます。
普段モデルさんをされている明るくてお綺麗な、あかりさん２８才の心音になります。
動画の長さは、２４分５９秒です。
内容は
・あかりの自己紹介と心音
・自分の心音を聞いた時とその時の感想
・圧迫したときの心音
・運動後の心音と聞いた時の感想
となります。

関西弁がとても可愛く、話していてとても楽しい方でした。
そんなあかりさんの心音はゆっくりで緊張してますか？という質問にも「緊張はしてなくて、ワクワクしています。」と答えておられます。心拍数も６７BPM位です。
また心拍数は速くありませんが力強く聞いていてとても癒されました。
他にも「最近、心臓がドキッとした出来事はありましたか？」などの質問もさせていただいております。

自分の心音を聞いていただいた時には、「神秘的」と答えられております。
また息を止めていただいた時には、心拍数が速くなったのが分かったようです。
他にも頸動脈の触っていただいた時にも感想を言われております。

次に圧迫したときの心音は、胸部を３回圧迫させていただきました。
圧迫中はそんなに心拍数は変わりませんが、開放をすると少し早くなった感じがしました。また心音と一緒にカサカサという音が入ってしまっております。

運動後の心音は２分３０秒間、踏み台昇降をしていただきました。ちなみに最後の３０秒間は全力でやっていただいております。あかりさんも「心臓が破裂する」と叫ばれております。
その甲斐あり、心臓はものすごく早く鼓動されております。心拍数は１３０BPMはありますね。
あかりさんも「心臓がめっちゃ頑張ってる」と言っておられます。
平常時の心音がとてもゆっくりだっただけに早すぎる鼓動にギャップ萌えを感じました。

最後に頸動脈の拍動とみぞおちの拍動と心音も収録させていただきましたがこちらは、画質の関係上、見づらかったので、おまけとして入れさせていただきました。
ただ、こんな綺麗な方の拍動はなかなか見れないかと思いますので、是非見ていただきたいです。
